1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your dashboard or contact our support team at support@webwavedigital.co.in.

  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • After the subscription period ends, you will lose access to the subscription-based services and features.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations that occur mid-cycle. You will continue to have access to your service through the end of your billing period.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services (digital marketing, SEO, and web development), which involve significant upfront investment in resources, man-hours, and third-party costs, our policy is as follows:

  • General Services: All fees paid for our subscription services are non-refundable. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All services are sold "as is." The client assumes the responsibility for their purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Setup Fees: Any setup fees associated with our services are non-refundable.
  • Non-performance: We strive to deliver the best results, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., #1 ranking on Google, specific lead counts) due to the volatile nature of the digital landscape and factors beyond our control. As such, payments are for the services and work performed, not for a guaranteed result, and are non-refundable.

3. Special Circumstances

In rare, specific cases, we may consider a partial refund if we fail to provide the agreed-upon deliverables as outlined in a signed service agreement, and this failure is not due to a lack of cooperation or information from the client's side. Any such consideration is at the sole discretion of WebWave Digital management.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your service, you must submit a request in writing via email to support@webwavedigital.co.in. Please include your full name, company name, and the service you wish to cancel.

5. Policy Changes

WebWave Digital reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at its discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting the revised policy on our website.
